Terrific terra cotta rooster decorated with a spotted crusty paint. I have not been able to find another like it leading me to believe it is a one off piece of folk art. This was probably used as a door stop judging by the wear pattern - was discovered with two large cracks and some chips around head which have been restored. Quebec circa 1900-1920.
