Kiawak is best known for his fascinating sculptures of spirits and transformations. Many are less familiar with his graphics, mainly etchings and a nifty muskox image published as a stonecut in the early 1960s. The current composition is the only engraved sculpture I have seen with a transformation figure. It is accompanied by a serious looking bear and a dog resting on a stone base engraved with a fish swimming around a spirit.
