Always looking for early tiger and birds-eye maple furniture and utilitarian items.

Fine inlaid dresser made of butternut and tiger maple with basswood secondary wood. The form is related to Federal period chests made in Northeast USA, however unique skirt, inlay and wood combinations suggest a possible Quebec origin.  Dates to approximately 1810.
